Camp Doral
Make this Convention a family vacation event! While dad plays golf, children, ages 5-12, can attend Camp Doral. Camp activities include swimming, arts and crafts, fishing, games by the pool, basketball, tennis, soccer, sandcastle contest and much more. Camp hours are 9:00 a.m. — 4:00 p.m. for regular camp and 9:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. — 4:00 p.m. for half-day camp.

Tips and Gratuities
The tips and gratuities for the bellmen assisting with your luggage at the resort and your daily maid service for your room are included in your Convention Package price. However, airport baggage handling is your responsibility.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations received by May 1, 2008 will be honored with a full refund. No credits or refunds after May 1.
Convention Resort Housing
Convention attendees will be housed in double-occupancy rooms with two queen beds. Private balconies or terraces, deluxe baths, high-speed internet access in every room are just a few of the special touches awaiting every guest.
Delta Zeta National Headquarters will make rooming arrangements for all Official Delegates and for all Non-Delegate members who have paid for the resort four-night or daily room package. A credit card must be presented when checking into the resort. At the time of guest check out, incidentals charged to the room are the responsibility of the individual.
Convention Meals
All Convention meals starting with the Opening Celebration on Friday, June 27 and concluding with the Closing Banquet on Monday, June 30 are included in the four-night resort package. Arrangements have been made for breakfast items to be available for a nominal charge on Sunday and Monday mornings. Please note: these breakfasts must be paid with cash. Credit card payments or charges to the room are not allowed.
Daily registrants and guests who plan to attend scheduled meal events will need to purchase individual meal tickets. No meals are included with daily room rates. All individual meals must be purchased prior to April 10, 2008. For guests, please send a completed Non-Delegate registration form and meal payment to Delta Zeta Sorority by April 10 to guarantee the reservation. Only reservations for meal functions (no room accommodations) will be taken from April 10 – June 1, 2008.
Special Pre-Convention and Post-Convention Trips
The Convention Committee is busy planning pre-convention and post-convention day trips for those who may be interested in exploring the Miami area. Watch for specifics details on these special excursions to follow!
So that you can take advantage of sightseeing options, the resort makes available to Delta Zeta members the Convention room rate for two (2) days prior and after the official event dates. The room rate per night includes lodging, fee, taxes and gratuities, but no meals. This rate is based upon resort availability for Pre-Convention (6/25 - 6/26, two nights) and Post-Convention (7/1 - 7/2, two nights). All requests for room reservations for before and after the official four (4) room nights of National Convention must be made through National Headquarters by April 10, 2008.
